I ordered a hair straightener from Snapdeal and I made advance online payment. I have always had a **good experience** with this site but this time there was a **delay of 3 days in shipping time** so I cancelled the order and **within 24 hours, I received my refund**.
So I am pretty **happy with customer support** as they provide detailed and correct information about the processes but **I wish they could give a prompt delivery**.
