I bought couple of cake vouchers from snap deal a month ago. But when I contacted the Merchant, he was not aware of any such orders and I had to contact SNAPDEAL and Merchant several times. In spite of coordinating with both of them snapdeal was not able get the order through and they cancelled the order! This drama went on until the day I wanted the cake and SNAPDEAL who seem to be thick skinned were ignorant about my requirement. They kept saying somebody will contact me in 24 hours! What will I do with the cake if they deliver after the event?
SNAPDEAL is NOT an option if you have any time sensitive things. Do not depend on them as they hardly care or understands customer's requirement!
