I have done shopping from Snapdeal.com number of times. There are some pros& cons definitely.

Pros

Loads of Products& prices are pretty competitive.
Genuine Products with Invoices& manufacturers warranty.

Cons

Customer service number should be toll free.
The product information is not correct for most of the products. If you know how to buy online then only its better, otherwise first time buyers beware, please crosscheck the product details from original websites.
Products which does not have prices or availability still show up on the website. That is really stupid. They should update the website more frequently.
Once you place the order, then you cannot change the address details, that’s ridiculous. I tried calling their customer service but they kept saying that we do not have the facility to update the address details. Space for a lot of improvement. Thanks
