I ordered Samsung mobile phones and expected them to be delivered as promised. Forget delivery, the product was not dispatched even after 5 days of estimated date. Order status not updated online or no emails sent regarding the delay. Wait for at least 5 minutes for a customer service operator to answer you RUDELY. Finally after three days continually talking to the call center, they say "we do not have ample goods to deliver you".
Overall a VERY BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I would never ever shop from snapdeal. Worst of all online shopping sites.
