Unproffessional snap deal has no answer for my com

I had ordered ''kilkari vibrant orange angrakha dhoti (size: 12-18m)'' product was ordered on 20th november payment was made online. Order no is-795017601 got a mail on 24th november informing this is dispatched via courier- ''delhivery'' even a tracking ID was given to me 1110782316.


Believing this was true was a big mistake I constantly kept calling the courier company but they had no details. After escalating it with the courier company it was understood that snapdeal has not even dispatched my product constantly calling the customer care people. But they are so unprofessional that they are not even bothered to answer my complain properly. Initially they were not even updated or they didn't even bordered to check what is wrong in the order processing.


After 14 days of order placed today after speaking to mr. Rishabh(team leader) form customer care it is understood that they had not even dispatched the product. Even now after so much of harassment and mental trouble to me they are having any idea when this will be dispatched. If this is the attitude snapdeal has for it's regular customer's no doubt the company is not going to survive in long run. Now I get a reply that within 2 hours I will get a reply form them for this order. I am very sure with this unprofessional attitude that this company has I will have to face more trouble to even get my money back from them. I HAVE EVEN ATTACHED THE ORDER DETAILS WHICH HAS TRACKING ID OF COURIER AND SAME TRACKING ID BEEN TRACKED ON COURIER'S URL.
