Snapdeal does not allow to cancel the order.This way they take your money and don't ship the product.
I just want make people aware that Snapdeal can take you for a ride and at the end cheat you.
My personal experience are the following:
Customer support is waste of time. No help provided.
Till date after 2 weeks of placing the order I did not receive the Product and they are also not cancelling the order.
No time frame provided for resolution of the issue.
Snapdeal will tell you that within 48hrs the issue will be resolved. It never does.
