I ordered a mobile phone from snapdeal on 11th june . Micromax canvas mega is the phone which I buy at rupess 6208 in cash on delivery. But when I recive the delivary I get only a empty snapdeal box for rupess 6208 .I also want to imform that one headphone and a screen geard avelible in the box . And how can I forget snapdeal provide me lot of haresment but no refund .I buy lot of think from snapdeal and they also agree that i'm a genuine customer of them and that is how they provide their service with a genuine customer. I call them and told them my whole problm . Call them again and again but they did not take me serious and take more than 40 days .And afterthat they says sorry sir we can't gave you any refund ! I also have the video of this but they did not interested about this but no interest form them. You are so popular so it is your duty to peovide good service to you all customer.
