I bought a Lenovo S890 from snapdeal( order 2604222603). The product was faulty and returned the product on 20th aug 2014.Till today 19 sep 2014, I did not receive my refund.
I wrote many time to snap deal and call them but there was no proper response from snap deal. every time they said, we are processing your request but its over a month and nothing happened so far. I am really frustrated . I will not shop again from snap deal.
