A week ago I bought a product from snapdeal and I regret!
It's SENNHEISER CX 180 ( street II)
I used it for 3 days and found it a li'l bit unusual I asked my audiophile friends and forwarded it to check it's authenticity by Sennheiser itself and guess what, they confirmed it as a fake product!
After that I called snapdeal and informed them about the product authenticity for which they took my 3 days!
After that they explained me that your 7 day return policy has expired and we can't do anything in this case!
Plz guys I strongly recommend you to check product authenticity within 7 day replacement policy as most of the product delivered by them are fake!
And snapdeal is No. 1 in these scams
Beware of their dirty tactics!
