I purchased laptop two times after getting first one of wrong quality but tye second one was also damaged type.It was not working properly.
Then I attempt to have my refund of worh 20000/- , they asked for bank details in which amount had to be transferred.Finally I received my amount in one day.
So snapdeal gave me good service but not product.
