I purchased this item with snap deal on 12 may 2016 and delivered on 19th may, I saw it was faulty and put a return order on 20 may however customer care told me they would send a technician to my place to check the order . after 2 days I called them back and they say technician visited the place and resolved the issue. actually the technician did not visit .
Its a manufacturing defect how can he resolve the issue.(one fraud) after repeating calls customer care told me that you need to visit the service center which is 15 km away from my house to get the job card for the mobile . I went to the service center and they told If they need to give the job card I need to surrender the phone . I made to tak with the customer care people they said since they denied the job card we will send the technician again. I waited for techinician for 3 days and no response. I called gain and customer care says you need to visit service center .
