I am using snapdeal from more than 4 years, my order was digital camera.For any online shoping for any eletronic product like Smartphone, camera, computer component etc., I mainly prefer snapdeal bcoz for their great service.Return policy of snapdeal is excellent,
I ordered home theater which whn delivered was broken one.I contact snapdeal consumer care for that there were ready to return my money back in just 7 days.I return the broken product, snapdeal also provided me courier charge which I was charged to send defected product back to seller.
Till know have not face any problems( 4 mobile phone-xolo, micromax, apple, htc) and other electronic product.
After 4 years of snapdeal experience know I am facing many problem from snapdeal. I would recomment flipkart for their services.
