Ordered a Soap Dispenser in Red color. They have sent Green, Still I opened the package thinking to use the same as I was too lazy to return.
After opening the complete package, To my surprise I cant see the pipe along with the dispenser. With out the pipe I really wonder How will a dispenser work. I have called up Customer Care and complained about the same.
1st of all it was wrong color delivered.
2nd of all incomplete product was delivered. The customer service lady took the complaint, she told delivery boy will pick up the package.
This is the worst part of all, the delivery boy came and he was shouting saying the package was opened. Obviously we have to open the complete package to find that the pipe was missing.
Now he is not ready to take the package as its open. I had this worst experience with the order and delivery boy. Never recommend this site to anyone.
