Very disappointed with the product and Snapdeal service. I had ordered a blue tricycle, and instead I got a white-blue-pink combination cycle. See the first pic was what I ordered, and the second pic is what I got. The cycle had 3 main parts and shockingly I received 3 different parts from 3 different cycles. The packaging looked like crumpled gunny bag. What was shown in the picture when I ordered on Snapdeal was no where near what I got when it was delivered. I got a blue cyle with a pink backrest, a broken front wheel, and a wobbly back wheel. the front handle had a different design. Overall a really bad experience, after waiting for 5 days after ordering it. I am not going to order from SnapDeal anymore.
packaging was really horrible, all torn. ordered it as a birthday gift, but due to bad quality and broken parts ended up locally buying another gift. Snapdeal Customer Service said they will take another 10 days more to deliver another one, but refused to accept fault if there is the same issue with the second one. I had to travel back to Bombay and couldn't wait another 10 days at my Bangalore address for them to deliver to . Overall a really bad experience. I am not going to order from SnapDeal anymore.
The worst part with SnapDeal is that they do not publish bad reviews on their site, they simply delete it as though nothing happened. This amounts to cheating the consumer. Please do not buy from SnapDeal as they are highly unethical, and simply do not believe in taking bottom-line responsibility. they are exactly like the middleman who is only worried about his/her share of profit, and is not bothered about the customer.
