I bought a fully synthetic engine oil as it was not available on any other website. The promised that the product will be delivered by July 5th '13 and I didn't receive it. I called them and they promised it will be delivered by 8th July. Again it was not delivered.
Since then I have been making calls every other day but their rude and unhelpful staff just says they cannot do anything now and will revert back within 24/48 hours, which they obviously never do. It has been ~25 days now and I have least hope of getting my money back.
If the delivery goes fine you are lucky but if there are any issues, you are down the drain. That is a huge risk to take. My Rs. 3000 are stuck and there has been no email from them that they will even refund it. My car is overdue for service. :(
Avoidable website, pay a little extra if you have to and buy from Flipkart/Amazon.in and have some peace of mind.
They are exploiting the poor customer redressal infrastructure available in India. Anybody knows the process to file a consumer case against them?
