Snapdeal canceled order & are lying that I did not accept the confirmation call


I ordered "iphone 5S 16gb(space grey)" on 21 NOVEMBER,


2014  from snapdeal.com at Rs 37562


Order ID: 3654422608


On 21 Nov itself I got confirmation call & I accepted it to


verify the order, I verified & accepted the order.


But after 2 days I came to know that my order has been


canceled & I was not informed.


Reason by snapdeal


1) I did not confirm the order when the call came to verify


2) your address is incomplete


I told that I am shopping with this address for more than 6


months with snapdeal


then why my previous order not canceled.


When the confirmation call came I accept it by pressing the


desired button.


They requested me to re order the same product


but now its price has been increased by Rs 2500 .


Then I told them to reorder at same price but they declined.


I also contact them through customer care but when I told


them to


transfer my call to senior they keep my phone on hold &


never came back to call.


Now I want the product at same price that I have ordered i.e.


Rs 37562


Snapdeal is increasing & decreasing the price of this


product after every minute.


And when the price of the phone becomes less, then the site


hangs & after that we see a price increase.


I think snapdeal has canceled my order due to this reason


i.e. I have ordered at low price & due


to this they canceled it.
