I had ordered a VCD for movie and the **delivery time was after 10 days** which is first irritating thing.
Secondly the product was **not delivered in 10 days**, I had to mail them and the reply was please call courier service for more details.
On calling the **customer care the person was too rude to speak** and did not help.
Please **never buy from Snapdeal** but go to other alternate sites like **Ebay and Flipkart** for any other but not Snapdeal.
