I ordered an HP laptop with all of its accessories that cost me around 50k but due the unresponsiveness of their customer support all of what I ordered came separately on different dates and that too very late. I had to wait like half a month to get my laptop and stuff. Even when I mentioned them my problem for collection of goods on different dates they just ignored my request. There was no discount available as well, which I was expecting for such a deal and after a month I came to know same laptop is available at cheaper rates with free accessories in market nearby. Would never recommend to buy any thing from snapdeal.
