I just planned to buy a new stove for my new house with lot of excitement has I have tight schedules whole week unable to shop, opting for this online purchase has made my life miserable. I paid Rs. 3990/- , Order id - 646156070. on 14.07.12 I received a message on same day saying the delivery will be on 19.07.12. but still now no response. I spoke to more then 3 customer care people till now, every customer care exe promised the delivery in 24hrs and last person whom I spoke said the vendor who was suppose supply the products which has not delivered and response will be in 24hrs, today it's 11th day of the order placed.
i have tried all possible ways to complain the issue via mail...No response at all. I don't know how confidently they can fool people and put them into such a helpless conditions !!!!!!
