I purchase sony experia - Mini pro phone from Snap deal and I found it totally waste. when I asked them to replace it within 48 hours, they said "**Sir, its an electronic item and we cant replace it once its open**". It is so small that even my index finger is equal to 4 buttons on the keypad.
How can a person check a phone without seeing or opening it or even without a demo. I am more unsatisfied with snapdeal on this rather than the performance of phone. Their customer care are poor and dont let you to talk to some senior management. If u are serious about online shopping look somewhere else seriously, their entire team is fake.
Even if they check history of my shopping, they can see a great list and I was there regular customer from the time they advertised first time on roadies.
What a lame on snapdeal, that was my last shopping with them and many of my friends too and I mean it.
