I used snapdeal for almost 2 years before quieting it. I used to purchase most of my household products through snapdeal.com and was a fan of their service long time back until a horrific experience with them.
Initially, it started with their product packing. It was not satisfactory but still the products used to be somehow in good shape. Later then I order a half-stitched dress material which was not delivered as it was described or looked in the images that were posted. I still went with it due to some urgent functions around the corner.
Then came a time, when I ordered this Bajaj Grill Toaster. I was suppose to gift it to someone but the product was in damaged condition. I had to purchase the gift offline and later requested a refund.
The refund was a success but since then decided to quite Snapdeal. This was my experience with snapdeal.
