My previous experience with snapdeal was good and decided to buy few more products from them to gift my wife. since many -ve reviews were poring in MS I choose COD option this time I ordered 2 products from then in jan 2nd.

The first order is still under process. and the 2nd one never reached though it's shipped. I feel they gave me a fake tracking no. see below link

current status say "Consignee Refused To Accept Shipment" and few days back it was showing "Consignee out of station".
i didn't bothered much to contact support calling them is waste of money.
its funny though why they have COD and if one use it why to do all this drama?
now question raised in my mind is if they are able to do such nataks. are they trust worthy to deal with them ?
