Snapdeal Not good Product. Review on Snapdeal

I purchased watch through snapdeal. I thought the watch is from snapdeal and company is Avon so it may long last for some days. I had gifted this watch to my girlfriend. Recently I told her where is the watch I gifted u. She said it was only for 1 month in her wrist. I say why and she said it was a duplicate item and you gifted her roadside watch. As a boyfriend u can understand how it matters. After all I think on such kind of products the customer service is too poor for snapdeal and they should at least verify the product they put on there website. A big company should have at least a team for that. If we talk about product quality I should say apart from brands the products are too weak and duplicate. Also I have notices if the product is shipped apart from Delhi it usually takes 5 to 7 days in delivery. which again is a big issue. The company good and positive things as well but for me a penny matters and have to write this. My girl friend said following issues she faced with her watch:

1. Dead battery

2. Lose Wrist.

3. Color Faded

Then she threw it into dustbin just after 31 days.
