Beware buyers; Snapdeal inclines more on Seller side than innocent customer's side. They always try to justify Seller's mistake and never listen to customer's cry. look what happened in my case:
I place an order "Microtek UPS EBZ 850VA" Paid Rs.4715
The seller sends me a wrong item "Microtek UPS E2+925" Cost Rs.4075
I object the item
Sanpdeal justifies that the item they had sent is superior to what I ordered
I had to explain to them it might be superior, but of no use for me as it was *"NON-SINE WAVE INVERTER"
They write to me that they would give me a replacement but not a refund and takes me into confidence
I trust them and return the item back
Now they write to me that they will not replace, but refund for the item
Finally I have been Cheated by both the seller and Snapdeal and also got fooled.
I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR DEALING WITH "*SNAPDEAL*"
