Hello Guys, I want to share my personal expreience as I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 730 Cover last week from the Snap Deal. Snap deal delivered the not product what was claimed by the snapdeal & product was also used or it seems to be rejected by some other customer.
when I filed the refund application with the snapdeal, they ask my for the product will be pick up from my address within 2 working days. But when I checket it online thorouhg my SD account, I found that it shows pick up of product failed due to non availability of customer.
Its pathetic and seriously very callous attitude by the Snap deal. They dont have proper helpline desk and price are too high for the wrost quility products.
I suggest all of you to buy product from other online shoping sites(amazone & Flipkart) as per my personal experience.
STAY AWAY FOR THIS FAKE PROMISED REFUND POLICY WEBSITE.
