Hey, guys I am going to share my shopping experience on Snapdeal. Six months ago I ordered a Black Puma Bagpack. This was my second purchase on Snapdeal.
My first purchase was also not up to the mark, but I thought second time they might satisfy me.But I was wrong this time they had just crossed all the limits and send me Duplicate Puma bag which was easily available at the market.
So, anyhow I return the product.But in returning process they have take more then 20 days to return money on my account.
Their customer support executive was also not able to give the answer of my questions. Because they know that they had done mistake. And they were trying to convince me that I am wrong there is no any fault in there product.But at last they have to return my money.
So guys this was my experience while purchasing on Snapdeal. Hope this will help to while purchasing on Snapdeal.
