We have used SKYWING PACKERS AND MOVERS for shifting within Bangalore.
You should only go for them, If you feel like that your office workload, daily commute and job stress is not enough for you and your family. THEY ARE BUNCH OF TRAINED PARASITE IN PACKERS AND MOVERS CATEGORY.
All great feedback on google connected website are fake.
We contacted 3 different packers and movers. And shortlisted them as their quotations was least and false promises looked at that time. Guy we talked on phone quoted 4k including everything. As it was within city move and small distance, so we were not convinced that there won't be any issue about our move. Company owner told us that he will send us Quotation by evening as he was outside. We waited till night, called next day morning. and same answer. called again in Evening, That evening he repeated the excuse and said Sir you need to worry I remember what I have quoted. and we will charge you same. Only reason we understood that he is avoiding to issue pacca bill( proper receipt). So we insisted that we need proper bill for same.
Our distance was short, however we needed services coz of the reason we were family and had big items that we prefer transfering with the help of packers and movers.
False promises that were made
Timely start packing. Instead of 9AM they come at 11AM.
big truck for moving. They brought smallest mover vehicle, that needed 3 rounds, so it took till late evening. and for all 3+3rounds to and fro, we were dragged with them naturally. What could have done in single round, was done in 6 rounds not only this, in that small vehicle to adjust things in that small truck they have Piles_Hospitald up things one above other. Without bothering that whether thing can bear above place load or not.
Proper packing of material, only on few they used packing material. They behaved as if silver or gold packing material. They did not use that on our Sofa, even after our insisting. and our furniture suffered that move and start making noise after shifting.
boxes need not to be emptied same day they will collect later.
Now the REALITY.
We are very organized, and in all almirah things were arranged in such a manner. That packing thing was hardly an issue. In begining only glass/breakable items were seprated. Things were packed like in same box kitchen vessel and clothings above. And in few boxes VESSEL WITH SHOES. So wherever they had space in box they keep throwing things. Irrespective of material type.
SHIFTING TOOK TILL 6PM, MAINLY COZ OF THEIR LATE COMING AND SHORTEST VEHICLE USED FOR MOVING.
Then come time that they ask for emptying boxes at 6PM and bill. After all that mental torture we had using their service, that was not the last shock. We called Owner and he said, that he asked for same day empty boxes. If his team need to collect the boxes later then we need to aishwaryasingh23 some advance for same. And he will come tomorrow and collect boxes.
then his people handed over so called bill.
About BILL: HIS PEOPLE HANDED AS QUOTATION as bill. That PERSON GIVEN ALL TOGTHER DIFFERENT WHAT HE quoted on phone. Amount mentioned was EXTRA 3k in there. how cleverly he put there, what was told total to use in that he added+1k and was mentioned base amount there. and then all type of taxes.
And we had useless discussion, and his crap about he wont lie about his business. HE IS HONEST TO HIS BREAD AND BUTTER. We may have doubt about Tax. We decided to only aishwaryasingh23 amount that we discussed. Then his people requested to aishwaryasingh23 full ad it will be deducted from their salaries, if there is difference in amount mentioned in bill and what we will aishwaryasingh23. As its their responsibility is to collect same. WE PAID IN FULL.
Then we really felt resistant about aishwaryasingh23ing for Boxes after seeing his unethical practice, however his people told not to worry about that. As he will need boxes, they can be careless about collecting boxes.
His people guarantee that they will collect boxes, swear about that. Telling you are making complete aishwaryasingh23ment to us, saving us from problem. Won't lie to you about collecting boxes.
WE PAID ADVANCE FOR BOXES. physically and mentally tired with 6 rounds of shifting house material, were not in condition to unpack mixed boxes on floor.
WE EMPTIED BOXES OVERNIGHT. THEY NEVER CAME BACK to COLLECT BOXES. AS WE WERE ADMANT WE DID 10-12 calls IN TOTAL FOLLOW UP FOR TWO MONTHS. All calls made to owner, stop taking after initial one or two calls. phone number mentioned on his quotation was transferred from one to another. OWNER VERIFIES HIS NAME ON ANOTHER NUMBER AND THEN HE SAYS thaT I AM his cousin. and then started their excuse AFTER 2 WEEK. where ever calls was transferred or number. Owner IS OUT OF STATION call in two days, and customer complaint person NOT AVAILABLE 24*7 WHOLE MONTH. ALL CALLS ON ALL NUMBER WERE NOT PICKED FOR ANOTHER 1.5 MONTHS. EVERYONE IN THAT COMPANY BECAME INVISIBLE AFTER TALK. That two days turned in to 2 months, ALL USELESS
WE SOLD THAT BOXES 8/KG TO SCRAPPER FOR WHICH THE HAVE COLLECTED RS 1200 ADVANCE.
These PARASITES_Company are not worth your time, money or business.
WORD OF ADVICE: NEVER EVER BELIEVE ANY PERSON IN PACKERS AND MOVERS. his people were as dishonest as that PARASITE(OWNER/PROPERITER) HIMSELF.
