Professor Subhashish Chattopadhyay of SKM Classes has been teaching for IIT JEE since 1989. Also for AIEEE, CET and similar exams. He and other teachers of the Institute are very dedicated. Many students had single and double digit IIT JEE ranks in Jamshedpur.
He was instrumental to see Indian Participation at IPhO since 1998. He worked as the first National coordinator for IPhO participation. While teaching the top 35 students, at the National Camp Homi Bhabha Center; he was selected the best faculty multiple times.
Students of Bangalore in general are not good at IIT JEE performance. Since last 15 years hardly there are 4 or 5 students with rank better than 1000 every year. The best result by a Bangalore girl is generally at 1100 every year. These are the reasons why Professor Subhashish is accepting boys from standard 9 or 10 only.
There were quite a few girl students of Professor Subhashish who joined IIT Bombay for Engineering Physics with rank around 240. But it seems he has lost hope on girls and not accepting girls for classes any more.
I in this public forum request Professor Subhashish to consider girls for classes again.
