They are behind me for 1 year to take skinnsi laser hair removal I was igenoring. On 29th April 2025 I have taken premium subscription of Rs 80000 which was my biggest mistake of life. First they are not responding for session booking . then they gave me session on 9th May . As soon as they start doing laser session on my leg it was horrible pain & itching all over my leg. I get it stop & ask to contact their dermatologist they ignore their dermatologist didnt came over call my whole leg was burning. I went to hospital & get the treatment & I have burn. No one from their team contacting me after 3 days they contact me asking abt my status as soon as ask about refund they stop responding over call when I ask for refund over email they ask for pic . Post sending pic also I am still waiting for refund. They are fraud company dont go with them
