I regularly service and my Xylo E2 at Sireesh auto in Marathahalli. Though I had purchased the vehicle from SKS auto, since Sireesh's branch was closer to my office I usually give it there. They also drive me to the office after I give them the vehicle for service. The service guys there are generally courteous and customer oriented.
As Xylo is a relatively new vehicle there has been a couple of recalls, which they did very promptly. Also many of the problems keeps surfacing again and again. However they also follow up on the problem over the phone even after you take back the vehicle from the service. Once after the service, the service agent Pinto took me for a test drive, upon which I had pointed out a minor sound from the suspension occasionally. Though the sound was barely audible and was only audible at humps, he assured that he will fix it. He asked me to return after 2 days, so that I can also monitor the effectiveness of the workaround for the smoke problem which he had rectified that day. As the smoke problem did not return that week, I delayed in the taking the vehicle back.
After a week, I received a call from Sireesh auto asking for a review on the service. The lady who called also mentioned that the issue I had reported to Pinto is still open and will look bad for him if it is not closed. She ad viced me to either take the vehicle back if there is still the problem or close it if the problem is not anymore.
I was impressed by the feedback system they have and its tie up with employee rating. More importantly I was impressed by the service guy who had a good customer orientation. He had never mentioned that I should be closing the issue soon. Instead he was ready to take up all the customer complaints and seriously follow up on it.
