I placed an order for a ten-pack of designer face pollution masks. I received the package today, but there are only 9 masks in it. I placed a COD order and paid the entire amount, including delivery, however I did not receive all 10 masks. They said they couldn't send me the one missing mask, so I said exchange it and send me a pack of 10 so they can pick up this pack of 9 again, and they said they didn't have an exchange policy. I said I'd return it, but they said it was a non-returnable product. When I asked for a cash return because I paid cash, they told it was not feasible and that they will provide the refund link in 5-7 business days.
