Worst TOGAF Training course by Simplilearn. Review on Simplilearn.com

I purchased a TOGAF Course which costed me US$800. And this course expires in 6 months and you can't even login to simplilearn as they will delete your account. For this price of US$800 participants get an outdated recorded video training for TOGAF.

The online class which they claim to  be unique has the same content as recorded video which is a slide based training and a guy will come and read the slides for you. if you ask some questions in the online session he will read out from some content or slide some answers which is not relevant to your question.

Unlike Udemy, Plurasight or oher sites they don't  share the profile of the trainer. This is the worst experience I had on Online training. you cannot login after 6 months, your account will be deleted. They don't provide TOGAF official study guides. They don't give the exam vouchers. I have send so many emails and didn't get any response. They don't have a customer service email id and if you open tickets in their system the will only respond  at snail pace. They don't address your concerns.

Comparatively in Udemy or some other sites the same TOGAF course  you can get during sale for as less  US$10,  you get to  know the trainer profile, the ratings and his other courses,  and can review the course content . Once you purchase  the courses its yours for life time. If you didn't like the course you get 30 days refund period, where the  entire amount paid by you is refunded by Udemy.

Don't get cheated by simplilearn's sales guys email and calls. They looks very attractive and they trapped me with a 3 page email listing the benefits I am getting with this course. Thereafter they called me everyday saying the offer is getting over, price is getting increased and I have take decision fast. Once I paid them the money, I didn't get  any service as mentioned in their sales email and absolutely zero refund. All my emails and tickets raised in their platform are un attended. And they sales guy also ignores my email.

Hope this review helps you to be extra careful about simplilearn and other platform like this which loot you by charging 80 times more money for the same TOGAF course in other platforms.

This is my first review in mouthsut. I think all those positive reviews here are written by Digital marketing guys to increase sales bcoz  people like me will come to mouthshut to write reviews when they are frustruated and lost all other ways to address the problem with these businesses with money and power. I hope your hard earned money is not being wasted by this new age looters which run in the cover of business.
