Took an ITIL online class and I can tell you it is a waste of time and money. Multiple technical difficulties that the instructor had and mediocre English. Banana Republic level training. You can just download materials, it is more confusing when instructor is providing poor real life examples. I would give them a D grade, not an F, because their documentation is good and support is good.
