Simplilearn is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am an Aerospace Engineer and I would like to give my feedback to avoid that someone else will do my same error, select Simplilearn as a trainer.
It is a really poor quality course. I bought the course to reach the IASSC LEAN SIX SIGMA but the level of the course is totally wrong to answer the IASSC questions.
With Simplilearn Lean Six Sigma Course is impossible to get the IASSC IMPOSSIBLE!
Of course, you will not have the refound of anything, customer care is the worst customer care I never saw. After many emails and calls, they do not give you the correct answer. They call you at 3 am and then they tell you that you were not available.
When I spoke with the call center guy from India believe he did not understand my issue.
All the excellent reviews on the internet are fake!
You will pay hundreds of euros just for a piece of paper needless.
Of course, does not have a European or USA quality.
Believe me, avoid it!
