Hello, I was student at Simplilearn for Digital Marketing Associate class. The first time I called asked several customer service at Simplilearn will get help on the project step by step and said yes this Chetan, Hijoji. I promised from customer service the times that course expert Archita would assist yesterday 6pm 4/7/2020 and 4/8/2020 at 8 pm. This false promised was never delivered and course instructor never called. I have log on phone prove if the instructor with the phone number gave me for the instructor ever happened. I found out class suppose end 4/9/2020 but expired today 4/8/2020 so they would not help me. The course expert Archita at Simplilearn try call several times at randon times was another line. I tried to call Archita with the number says disconnected I have recording verified phone says disconnected. They get students to sign up pay lot of money and do not help them in their projects which they promised. Pay money and get no help with your class take your money have untruthful customer service get rip off this is the place take money not teach you! Notice all reviews mostly from people from India some from other people. Please do take any course especially one take Simplilearn they are dishonest people do not instructors care about their student to help them to succeed forget about here just want to profit and not teach. Please do not take class at Simplilearn. Go to other sites read lot bad reviews about them.
