I paid a whopping amount of money for my course of Digital transformation which has it mentioned on their site that they will provide a certificate from Purdue University. My course has completed and it's been more than a week the certificate is not provided. On raising a ticket the service team doesn't respond inspite of daily reminders. The sales person responds but is unable to help. Totally disappointed with the entire experience. You guys ruined my excitement of completion of the course.
