I had booked a ticket with this operator for a travel from **Kolkata to Mumbai for 20th April** but then the flight was cancelled and I had to opt for a refund. My **case number is 148789 registered on 12th April**. I was told by the customer support representative that the refund would be done in 14 working days.


But now 2 months are getting over and there is no news of a refund. When I call the customer care people, I am told that the request is under process and there is a server problem. I don't really understand whether **these people are careless about their customer base** or is it that **they don't have money to correct their server problems**. I had to book the tickets using credit card and now I have to pay the interest to the bank on an amount of 3499/- for no fault of mine.


*Will Air Deccan refund the money with Interest**? They are happily earning interest and eating money and are so careless about what the customer has to bear up with.


A good advise to all those who are planning to travel by Air Deccan and have the slightest chance of cancellation,


*                    DON"T TRUST        AIR DECCAN        IF YOU ARE EXPECTING REFUND*


and thus help yourself avoid being in the group of those who are silent sufferers.
