I have been using the service of Deccan for 3 -4 years They have really improved a lot.My first flight was a nightmare .The flight was from Bangalore to Mumbai, they never had seat numbers and their staff were outsourced who had no commitment to serve.The rush of people to board the flight reminded me of the Local Transport Bus.


The food pack was also very cold ( It is still cold).


Today they have improved a lot, the crew is better, they have seat numbers in the boarding card, free drinking water is served and still they are maintainng the low fare, though they have competitors offering better service at that price.


I appreciate Captain Gopinath for the daring venture he took.It is because of him that we have these budget Airlines in India, where a common man can fly.I hope they will improve their services further.
