Another side of the coin 2.
I would like to appreiciate the service of Air Deccan. Here goes my expereince with Air Deccan. I always had a good time with Air Deccan before travel and while travel. When I say before travel, this means that if the flight is delayed canceled Air Deccan will call you and will inform you a week ahead. I have flown so many times with Air Deccan from Delhi-Hyderabad, Delhi-Bangalore and HYD-Del and BLR-DEL etc.
But not very frequently but once in 3 months. I don't even know the exact count but always had a good time. Flight is always on time just a +/- of ~15 mins delay which is bearable. Am I lucky? Don't know but whatever I always had a good time with Air Deccan.
I wish all the best and hope Air Deccan will be better in coming time.
