I have booked Air Deccan ticket online, took a print out to the air deccan counter. The plane is supposed to start from HYD at 3 pm, but it was late by 45 mins. There is no announcement about the same, customer checked with the airdeccan staff. They did not request for any photo identification in the airport, but most shocking thing is, the plane will travel to chennai via puttaparthi. The same is not mentioned in the web site while I was booking the ticket. I have seen that most of the customers expressing the same view.
After 45 mins, they have taken us to the plane in a Bus called ''Star Bus''. The bus is very good.
Only half of plane is full, then we have started to Puttaparthy. Once we are over the puttaparthy airport, poilt did not get the permission to land, so, we have move to chennai. We have landed in chennai after 45 more mins.
Overall, I can say that if you want to have a flying experience @ affordable rates, then go for Air Deccan
