It is real value for money . they are excellent.
i travelled twice and both times you feel you are getting excellent treatment and then you think this is only a budget airline.
excellent service, and ticket booking is just a breeze with internet booking .
food you have to buy but we dont pay 2000 rs extra for food . otherwise everything is same as jet airways.
only thing is punctuality is less. this is important if you are going for an interview etc.
you have to admire them because they are doing all these things with half the fare.
and the cheapest jet airfare cant compete with their fares.
the seats are not congested . their inflight food is ok.
booking the tickets is very easy and their website is very good.
true to the enterpreneurship of captain gopinath the customer is the king in air deccan
do not go by jet airways unless u are planning for an interview etc.
