The airlines started off well on its purpose. But now its mind seems to have changed.
When you book an ticket really cheap and face a situation where you have to cancel it, you don't get anything back. Worse you can change it to another date, but you need to shell out Rs.600 for it and pay the difference fare.
So if a ticket from Chennai to Madurai costs Rs.100, The taxes and fuel surcharge, etc add up another Rs.1400. It is still cheap if you manage to fly it.
But if you cancel it, your taxes, fuel surcharge are not refunded. And refunding happens only for ticket costs, only if the amount refunded is more than Rs.300.
So basically you don't get anything back. I am lost as to what their idea is? I feel they are fleecing the customers.
I hope they improve their food quality and quantity, after all we are paying for it seperately.
