Air - Deccan - Still a long way to go. Review on Simplifly Deccan

Hi to all. Let me share a few thoughts that I have on Air Deccan, for I have flied in Air Deccan twice. Of course, there is no debate on the airline offering the lowest fares across all the destinations that it flies. This is one of the airline, that almost has flights across all destinations, which are not even covered by some other players. They are improving on their timings, service issues, keeping up with scheduled timings. But, they are receptive to customer queries and issues. Once I felt that I should share with them the indifference of the Air Hostess, by writing to them in ceo@airdeccan.net, for which I promptly got the response from their side, and they immediately forwarded my mail to their concerned flight attenders. Hence, the airline cannot be outrightly termed to be a worst airline, not worthy enough to be considered for any sort of travel and the likes. Every player needs some time to stabilise on their operations. May be a good suggestion to the airline is that they can offer water to their passengers, free of cost, by giving them in paper cups.
