I have till now read and heard only negative reviews on Air Deccan.
But on the contrary, I have never faced any issues with this airline.
I have travelled on Air Deccan from 2004 almost once every year.
And every time I took this flight, I would prepare myself to assume that the flight will be delayed. On the contrary, it has always taken off at the right time. I am not sure whether I am a lucky mascot for the airline!
The staff seemed to be freindly, and I always ensure that I bid on atleast one product they offer during the course of travel.
We should not forget one thing that Air Deccan allowed the common man to fly, which used to be a dream till few years back.
My suggestion would be not to give up on flying by Deccan just based on others experiences.
Travel once, see whether it really meets your purpose and then decide whether to travel or not.
Go in with the least exepectations and I am sure, one will find its not that bad.
