Air Deccan no doubt revolutionaised the Low Cost carrier concept it is really an unreliable airlines as far as schedules are cocerned. It is the experience of all my colleagues and freinds>Capt Gopinath better buck up or will be known Air Late Deccan.
Last month flew Bom to Cochin the delay was more than10 hours a month ago flew Chennai Bom and the delay was 4 hours. Now I have decided not to fly the airlines as the flights are never punctual. I believe not even a days go without the airlines being on time.
Off late have started flying Indigo and find the airline punctual and the service standards excellent.
I am sure that Air deccan will go to history as its service standards and reliability is dropping drastically and hope they do something serious to win back customers confidence.
Even airlines like Go Air and Spice jet are doing better job that Air deccan
