In the last 6 months, I have travelled 3-4 times by air deccan on Goa-hydrabad sector. It was a pleasant experience.I would not say they were 100% punctual, but mostly so.Even though a young airline, its crew is courteous, trained & looks after passangers in various errands, unlike many other airlines who are allergic to privide samll mercies.My family was happy with their service, courtesies & other aspects. What you specially like is that they dont promise the moon, & live upto the promise they make like a truly professional airline.I was happy that they make no tall claims like others.
I would recommend this airline to passangers who want service without frills, no tom tomming about their products as if its out of this planet & so forth.This is a common mans airline, truly, farewise also.
I would recommend that they provide drinking water, & minimum snack to all. It will be a reasonable service & add to their charm.
