Letter to Capt Gopinath,
Dear Capt Gopinath, Congratulations.The new alliance with Kingfisher has done you a lot of good and to us passengers too.I recently travelled again on your airline and it was a very regular full paying experience. The staff etc..e'thing was much better.However, on your buses at Delhi & Chennai Airports, have very high steps, making it difficult for older/elderly passengers to emabrk & vice-versa.My mother ..
Who is very mobile. actually lost balance.. and needed to be helped.Lower steps on the buses would be welcome.another suggestion is to re-look at your inflight shopping list.. not a great list from any angle.. a much more reserached list would be welcome. You may even choose to sell Books.. a good time pass in the absence of any other entertainment.I and my family will choose to fly again in your airline..
