I do not know about them for VPS or Server. But as far as Shared hosting or reseller hosting is concerned I strongly say " Do not fall into their trap" .
They may offer as less price, But -
The service is worse.
Most of the time the server will be down.
If you browse website for 3 minutes, your IP will be blocked for 4-5 hours.
Very slow loading.
They suspend accounts of your clients with simply saying overload.
