I have been to a few places by traveling in these cabs. But I had to be through the ordeal often. At last, I stopped booking here. A few things which incessantly annoy me are:
The drivers used to drive insolently, which may cause disturbance to the safety.
The waiting charges used to be very high.
The estimated time to pick up was utterly different from the actual time to pick up.
My account was interrupted sometimes without proving a valid reason.
The estimated fare used to quitely different from the actual fare they collect after the journey.
They indubitably used to cancel the booking without a valid reason. They voluntarily used to switch off the handset if they were unwilling to do the ride.
The drivers weren't using the GPS even. Moreover, they acted as they knew all the locations. But, at length, they wind up by taking to a nearby-wrong place.
So I hope you don't choose this kind of cabs.
