*Pros:*
1.Front loading machine. Gives good quality of wash.
*Cons:*
1.Service engineer visit (just diagnostics - no guarantee of fixing the problem) costs Rs. 750/-
2.I have this washing machine for 3 years. I have failed rubber part (rubber gasket) twice.
3.The rubber part which is not part of warranty costs Rs. 2500/-
This is my personal experience. If you want to get 'German' quality - forget it.
You will pay 'German' currency - but get only Indian service.
By all means - Avoid.
